India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Toxic waste: It should be mandatory for dealers to accept back used products which contain toxic elements. The dealer should scientifically neutralize the toxicity before disposal. The products should have RF tag, 100% or partially. This will enable detection and tracking of defaulters. The penalty should be stiff enough for all sales to be properly billed. This will result in healthier environment and better tax compliance. Thank you.

!.Proactive measures to deal with Chinese. .Appeal from PM to affluent people including highly successful flimstars to adopt at least one village of their choice. 1.Option should be given to to the contributors to the PM relief fund how to spend the money as per their choice. This will motivate them further as the action taken will be visible to them.

Respected PM sir, in Assam, we are sorounded by corruption in every field. Almost every dept ask for money for any official job to be on time. Recently one of my friend, who has got a teacher's job on compensation ground after 4 years of demise of her father, has given more than 10000 for approval and other works to get the salary from January. She has joined on Sep this year. As of now I am not having any video/voice recording. but please do something.

A poor spends on smoking and alcohol as well but buying a pill is costly. Government hospitals are meant for poors only but India is full of poor people. Doctors are frustrated with ill maintained system and feel suffocated in corporate culture.Hospitals are full of patients but quality of service is poor.DOCTORS SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED WITH MORE ADMINISTRATIVE POWERS FOR BETTER HEALTH CARE. Nursing should be purly in hands of private sector.without effective nursing no treatment is fruitful.
