India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

I am here raising the burning issues of the Indian Sports Goods Manufacturers through this letter for waiver of Excise Duty unnecessarily imposed on sports goods in 2011 @ 1% which again increases to the tune of 2% in 2012. Just to update you there are only 22 Units from Meerut and 26 Units from Jallandhar having turnover more than 1.5 Crores are covered under Excise, This shows that for Sports Industry of India there are 2 parameters laid for one Industry.Waive off the Excise duty on sports

I hereby take opportunity to bring some hidden facts before you about the Sports Goods Industry and about the Sports Goods manufacturers, who have build up the Indian sports Industry with their own efforts and caliber with their own technical knowhow. However the Sports Industry is still fighting for its survival due to lack of infrastructures, where neither any Policy is made nor provided any allocation of funds for the development and uplift the Indian Sports Industry and the manufacturers.

Hon’able Shri Narendra Modi ji Whereas you firmly believes that three Cs wonderfully blend with youth and sports-Character, Community and Country. Further according to your belief that all round character building is incomplete if sports are not part of our life. So for the India who presently has the biggest younger generation should be energize towards sports and give India a bright & fit Future. Also if there is no sport there is no sportsman spirit.

Sir, we appreciate the concept of Swacha Bharat abhiyan, but some politicians do it for photo ops. It really hurts when some of BJP members do it just for publicity. That needs to be looked upon.

Sir - The tax reform is must and very important in the coming budget to provide a healthy business environment all around. To see the Make in India campaign succeed, this is only possible if we drop our lackadaisical attitude and rapidly set our house in order. We must urgently end the uncertainty that the current ambiguity in tax laws implies. We ought to remember that no social programme can trump the social security that well-paid steady jobs and a fast-growing economy provide.

Conservation is important, but it should not be at the expense of the common man's welfare as is happening in Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu. Lakhs of people have been put into very difficult economic and social hardship by declaring their properties as private forest by which they can no longer live a secure life.
