We have a great challenge ahead of us. We need to educate the people about HIV and volunteer them to come forward for the regular health camps. Which the government should initiate from the bottom line of health centers in the villages, district hospital in towns, etc., there should be a dedicated team which will work only on these lines.

I m from Kerala and facing a biggest problem. When India talks about clean and healthy India. Trivandrum city is doing just the opposite. Every streets are filled with waste, every junction is coverd with foul smell.
Its a big shame for us, when we cant tolerate this. How the people who come from overseas and domestic can overcome this. This is a big shame for me and all the people living in Trivandrum.
Kerala government is not doing anything in the last 2 years to solve this problem.
