I don't understand what the politcians are doing as the heads of sports organisations. In my view, on the lines of civil services INDIAN SPORTS SERVICES should be created. In that only sports persons who paticipated atleast in state meets should be allowed to compete. Because sports persons have better understanding of the sports administration than politicians.

1)Mismanagement occurs when employees fight for more power so these both should be given equal powers.
2)These must take decisions through joint sessions to ensure equal command as happens in our lok sabha and rajya sabha.

1. Ensure no one holds dual positions across the 2 organisations
2. Set standards for selection of sportsmen and women. Ensure exceptions to standards are laid out very clearly
3. Make sure that every conversation inside these organisations and to each other is made available to the public (by default, not at request or via RTI)
4. Set clearly defined, measurable targets and objectives, publicly track & publish progress against those. Targets for IOA, NSF individually, and also joint targets
