If Govt. sector of job market is to make lucrative, the 1st thing to do is to ensure permanency in job and retirement benefits. 2nd is to introduce vertical mobilty considering two aspects, viz, seniority and efficiency To draw youth in Politics, curb all inspirations to dirty businesses like cut-money, space for mussle power in politics proper. Introduce fair system for vertical mobility in political parties. Zero money-game to get ticket. A fair system should be there too.

Every political party should invite the ideas of people who have interest willingly to join politics not on the basis of their financial strength but their character/ideology and commitment with the nation but unfortunately it is not happening in this way. Politics has been the matter of status symbol rather social quotient. Social Quotient must be the buzz word in politics. People are there in India who have passion and aring capabilty to enter into politics. I am one of them. Let us join hands

firstly we need to make youth ready for politics -student should be encouraged to participate in school management through politics .though elections are held in various schools, but the students elected are just slaves to school management-they only help peons in decorations, do various jobs for teachers and principle, do little study. but they should be a channel between students and management and must deliver needs of students to management which are not heard- a real student council

Good Evening to all. This is very best initiative by our dynamic leader and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji. We have to come up to his expectations of building new and modern India without sacraficing our cultural and social values. The first initiative of his is swachha Bharat - I think we can start by educating people to not to make it dirty and then clean simultaneously.
