Idea to improve quality education in engineering. Number of engineering colleges are increasing as rapid as. Many of the rural engineering college students are suffering with employment. Software MNC's are not going for rural colleges to have recriutment. Software people need quality students, as we know the GATE exam assess the quality of engineers. If s/w companies invites the people who qualified in GATE exam , then even rural people will get chance and quality in engg educ will be improved.

Like rajy/loksabha make a yuvajanasabha in India. Talented youth should face small election in each panchayat. Winner of each panchayat will represent one from block panchayt and from there to district, state and finally each state will represent highly talented youth to India. Throw Yuvajanasabha we can co-ordinate the problems arising in each state like Educational,Sports, job problems, corruptions etc… throw the youth. Let the yuvajanasabha conduct the national games , Youth Festivals etc..

One in four constituency should be allotted to person aged under 30. In this way out of 545 constituencies , about 130 constituencies will have young MP's. This law should be passed in the parliament and should be followed from local body election to parliamentary educations. In future we can employ two ministers, one below 30 and another above 30 in all constituencies.

Sir, Firstly, Political parties should encourage youth and give them opportunity both in election and in Government. Secondly, Young Citizen Advisory Teams should be formed, motivated, encouraged, monitored, respected and recognized. Besides parliamentary standing committees, these YCATs also to be given importance and their role and contributions be well publicized. These YCATs can be formed for every ministry and Professional experts & bureaucrats should select the teams purely on merit.

Youth must get in to politics first. First they must adopt spiritualism of and tradition of india s they remain honest stable and quite and icon for other youth. They must have guidance from senior. Unless we youth dont participate in politics and governance then who else will do this. If you see every development in the city it is by politics. If u want to change the system youth must participate in politics. Politics is the key to change the fate of the nation.

Generally Elders tell youngsters that " POLITICS IS A SEWAGE; DON'T INVOLVE IN IT". This is the main reason for youngsters to shy away from politics . Only way to change this mindset is to provide them awareness through EDUCATION SYSTEM. Government should educate general public to involve in politics through INTERNET, NEWSPAERS, TV AND RADIO.

Youth must be politics and governance must they should become first yogi and then Yoddha. Yogi will teach them how to remain stable and peace a true leader is the one who remain stable and calm and quite in every situation. This is what makes him leader. This will come through adopting spiritualism and meditatin unless they don't adopt yogi life style they won't become honest. Second a leader must be punisher of the anti national elements. So every youth must become soldier.
