Govt should re think of providing free Health services to citizens instead provide assured services at subsidised rates improve the quality and compete & control unethical practices of private and corporate hospitals. Public instead of blaming govt for failure take active participation in the policy making and management of primary health centre. 2. Use of modern HR & IT for monitoring and evaluation of health depaerment and performance based incentives and promotions
change govt service rules

Sale of cigarettes and alcohol should be with biometric verification linked with aadhar card .. Which will provide correct figure of alcohol and tobacco consumption and will curb under age consumption no sale of cigarette should be done without proper documentation .
Apple uses finger print identification for security
We can use similar technology by providing portable devices or use of existing devices by vendors for biometric verification linked with aadhar card

When we plant saplings of new plants/trees why do we plant fruitless trees ...instead we can plant trees bearing fruits and plants bearing vegetables which will in turn provide multiple benefits .. Corporates can be involved (CSR) as it provides benefits with revenue as well
Benefits :
Organic vegetables and fruits drive can be initiated using public tree plantation drive
Revenue can be generated due to abundance if properly implemented
Proper use of public properties/road dividers
