      आदरणीय ICAI एवं MyGov टीम, "Have an Idea? Share it with ICAI" पहल के लिए मेरे सुझाव हैं: ·छोटे CA फर्मों के लिए किफायती AI-आधारित ऑडिट टूल्स विकसित किए जाएँ , जिससे पारदर्शिता बढ़े। .

I recommend designing a secure, centralized digital vault for managing personal investments and inheritance transition, specifically to assist senior citizens. Millions of rupees currently lie unclaimed in forgotten bank accounts and mutual funds because nominees are unaware of these assets. ICAI should advise on creating a unified portal where citizens can securely map their financial assets, which will automatically notify verified legal heirs or nominees in an unfortunate event. This single-window estate planning tool will protect family life savings and simplify the complex wealth transmission process.

I suggest establishing a national framework to recognize and reward consistent and honest taxpayers through a digital credit system. Under this system, individuals who file returns and pay taxes on time should receive non-monetary reward points. These points could be redeemed for discounts on public utilities, national transport, or government-sponsored digital services. Implementing such an incentive-based model will transform the perception of tax from a mandatory burden into a rewarding civic duty, naturally boosting compliance numbers across the country.

I suggest implementing an automated, interactive chat assistant directly onto the tax portal. Navigating complex rules and specific deduction calculations can be challenging for general citizens. Introducing a multilingual voice and text assistant will enable taxpayers to ask direct operational questions and receive instant guidance. This official digital support system will reduce self-filing errors and significantly improve the overall user experience.

To significantly improve the 'Ease of Doing Business' in India, ICAI should design and recommend a unified 'Single-Window Compliance Portal' for new businesses and startups. Currently, entrepreneurs are burdened with visiting multiple disconnected websites to obtain PAN, GST registration, Udyam MSME certificates, and local trade licenses, leading to severe operational delays. A centralized framework would allow a user to fill out a single integrated form, automatically routing the data to respective departments to issue all financial and tax registrations simultaneously. This streamlined digital process will eliminate bureaucratic red tape, lower initial compliance costs, and encourage more youth to transition into the formal entrepreneurial ecosystem

I propose the introduction of a mandatory 'Rural Financial Internship Program' for CA students during their articleship period. While urban centers have adequate financial expertise, India's rural economy, including village panchayats, small-scale farmers, and local Self-Help Groups (SHGs), suffers from a lack of awareness regarding financial management, banking schemes, and government subsidies. By deploying student interns to rural blocks for a specified duration, ICAI can provide free, grassroots-level financial counseling and audit support. This will protect rural citizens from financial fraud, optimize the utilization of rural development funds, and give aspiring CAs vital on-ground exposure to India's rural economy.

I propose that ICAI introduce a 'Single Digital Tax Manual'—a unified, official mobile application and interactive guidebook designed specifically for common citizens and salaried taxpayers. Currently, tax laws and regulations are highly technical, scattered, and difficult for non-finance professionals to comprehend. To bridge this gap, ICAI should create a simplified manual available in Hindi, English, and multiple regional languages, completely free of complex legal jargon. This platform should utilize easy-to-understand infographics, short animated explainer videos, and interactive 'Yes/No' questionnaires to guide users through tax-saving deductions, file compliance, and standard protocols. Implementing this centralized, visual, and user-friendly reference tool will eliminate dependency on third-party sources, significantly reduce taxpayer anxiety, and naturally foster a highly transparent and tax-compliant culture across the country.

To ensure maximum convenience for salaried individuals and avoid long queues or travel challenges, these ICAI student-run helpdesks should operate both physically and virtually. A digital slot-booking system should be introduced to eliminate waiting times. Additionally, virtual video-consultation desks and weekend camps inside major residential societies and corporate offices should be organized, allowing citizens to get free, expert tax assistance without wasting their valuable time.

I suggest a collaborative initiative between ICAI and the Income Tax Department to simplify tax compliance for salaried individuals and senior citizens. By setting up seasonal, student-run digital helpdesks during peak filing months, citizens can receive guidance on navigating the portal and claiming appropriate deductions. This will minimize common self-filing mistakes, reduce the compliance burden, and foster a tax-compliant culture across the nation.
