As far as education is concerned studying in an autonomous university like national defence will be a great feeling of pride and honour to any candidate, because in country like India every one has desire and dreams in their life but due to economic crisis or family background not able to serve their country. For them it is really a boon and gift to them. Many hands and new faces to join it. Good deeds brings good results .

1) The university should admit students and professionals from the civil society to bring diverse ideas to the table. The institutes mentioned in the Bill should not be restricted only to government servants in the national security system. 2) A country of 1.2 billion needs more such institutes. Care needs to be taken to ensure such institutes are spread across all regions in India. A particular region should not have dominance.

People should be admitted to courses on education background , yes minimum qualification should be set but not specialized prior qualification , there are many Indians who want voluntarily serve the nation , so a entrance should be more than enough to admit a student .
