Appointing older teachers and staff, on the verge of retirement, would serve no purpose. Maximum age limit should be 50 years. Suitable and qualified teaching staff from armed forces must be shortlisted and appointed. MPhil in international relations/ area studies and DSSC should be mandatory qualification. Such officers must be given adequate exposure in their area of specialisation/study. They should be sent to foreign National Defence Universities for exposure. The process must start now !

armed forces officers having done MPhil/PhD from UGC recognised national level universities in defence/ strategic studies should be appointed in INDU. They should be appointed from now only, so that they can take part in setting up of the university and get familiarised with operations of the university. Such officers should be young( not more than 50 years old), so that they can learn and contribute to defence studies for a longer period.

Besides dependent's of armed forces, ordinary pepole should be allowed to join this University, who want to dedicate their lives as experts, mental trainers, etc to armed forces. All schools, colleges of all armed forces throughout country should be brought under it. If ordinary students, after 12th exam, want to join army education, army science, they should encourage about this University. Similar universities should immediately set up in all corners of country including north east.

I think INDU should plan the proper training system at the collage and school level. In the game period or physical education period NCC should be mandatory for all the student along with written test. Govt should also designed national defence aptitude test which will purely based on national defence knowledge and procedure. This subject should be implemented as a practical and theory test.

Wars of strength are cliche. The university should attract the best talent (on merit without reservations) and the education should be provided by the best minds in the country - IIMs, IITs and Industries. The program should be made lucrative to attract the brightest minds. The subjects in bachelors' degree should be broad (including strategy, warfare, combat, communication, survival, technology, science, geography to name a few) with specialization degrees (after 1-2 years of field serive).

It compulsory that every colleges must have 6 months plan for army training or other activity for every student. If there are technical colleges than must have at least one subject that give us basic knowledge about our defence system. Thank you Sir. #MyGov
