By just celebrating world Environment day will not help our problem.Make Strict rules that any person in village or city has to plant min 1 tree in his house. In urban areas whether it is individual house or apartments you have to decide based on the area of the plot these many trees should be planted, including in software companies, industries they have to plant min no. of trees other wise severe action with penalty should be implemented.By developing public parks will not help.
