Mr. PM, I have a simple suggestion after reading "Wings of Fire". If the autobiography of Shri APJ Abdul Kalam will make as a film, then the youths of our country would have the motivation of becoming scientists and also it might help the campaign " Digital India." Even the illiterate parents/person who can't read this book might have the aspiration to become scientists to their children.

It is the time of cleaning home and other place to make clean due to the DIPAWALI CEREMONY. The encouragement to the people to take photo/selfie with clean public places like, ROADS,SCHOOLS,COLLEGES,HOSPITALS, GARDEN,GOVT.OFFICES,RAILWAY STATION,BUS STATION,AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES. There should also given message to public or NGO or institution to help in cleaning of public places, also can be declared as cleaning week after first sunday to next sunday from SHARAD PURNIMA,generally people doing.

ON LAND ACQUISITION BILL GOVERNMENT SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ACTUAL AMOUNT FIGURES FOR COMPARE. FOR EXAMPLE MY LAND IS BEING ACQUIRED FOR SOLAPUR-DHULE NATIONAL HIWAY. BECAUSE OF CONGRESS LAND ACQUISITION BILL I AM GETTING 2 LAKH AND NDA LAND AQUISITION BILL WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME 8 LAKH. LIKE THIS GOVERNMENT SHOULD PREPARE CHART OF COMPENSATION WITH PREVIOUS BILL AND NEW BILL FOR ROAD AND RAILWAYS AND GIVE LOT OF PUBLICITY TO THAT CHART. PEOPLE WILL REALISE THAT NEW NDA BILL IS GOOD.

As we know water shortage and it is increasing day by day,Use RO is Commonly but it give a large amount of waste water ,my suggestion give some direction to RO Manufacturing company, some storage tank of waster water also like pure water, that can use in washing of utensil or in other activities.

I want to comment about making hubli as smart city.
in hubli lot of garbage waste is spread every where so action to be taken to keep dustbeens where ever it is required.
many trees have destroyed in widening road so action to be taken to plant the trees twice of destroyed.
market environment to be improved by proper planning.

Today, is it possible to live without medicine ? Smart way to live in a city. It has been PROVED by Zero Therapy (non-commercial) which was founded in Chennai, India. There are about 10,000 followers who have been living without medicine for the last 10 years. If they can do that then why not others ? This means we would need less number of hospitals. It can help the masses. Equally use for the poor and rich but specially helpful for the poor who anyway don't have the money for medicine.
