In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Gov. Should promote using LED lights..this will surely save lot of energy. though initial cost is bit high but in the long run will surely benefit all including nature ..:)

Water is precious for life everyone know that but we saw that in uttrakhand some people don't take this in serious manner.In uttrakhand under ground water is very easily available but in some places like rajasthan ,m.p ,bundel khand underground water is not easily available. In uttrakhand people are not aware about shortage of water in above places, people are simply wasting water as over flow of water tanks. If they will be conscious about it then underground water level will increase

Sir I want to raise issue of cheating of fuel stations (Petrol Pumps). We are facing this problem every day. Mostly they held the person in some talk and apply trick in meter reading. Even buyer caught them but he can’t prove anything becoz they immediately reset the meter. So my request to do something to stop such fraud. I want to suggest one thing please pass an order for all the fuel station to make some arrangement in fuel machine so that the buyer can see the last reading of his purchase

Simple way to control flow of black money, Inside/Outside India is to discontinue the use of 1000 and 500 rupee note. Make card payment/online transfer mandatory for all payments above Rs5000/-. Make it mandatory for all business establishments/karyana store to install electronic cash register. This will increase the tax collection. No cash investment allowed in stock market/Mutual funds. Make it mandatory to be paid by cheque/online banking.
