In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

My Idea goes with DEFENCE... Recently while surfing, I came to a page which tells that Chinese cyber army hacks American defence databases and steals their blueprints related to hi tech Weapons. So, I feel that no of cyber specialists should Increase. A term called SECRET CYBER ARMY should be made, which is filled with professional hackers.. I am placing this view because I don,t have any knowledge if such Military organisation do exist

The idea which I suggest is to increase the status of farmers similar to that of military.. like one of our famous politicail said “ JAI JAAVAN…………… JAI KISSAN”…. wheather if any citzen is rich or poor if they have born in india he/she is geneticalyy a famer so there is no need to give special coaching for doing cultivation of crops in india….. Who all person should get befenit form the subcides provided by the government should consider??

a)Farmers according to their seniority In the field or the anount of their production or/not/maybe according to their age….b) if the farmers they don’t have their own land for cultivation of different crops they have to depend on landlords so the landlords should also be consider for subsides because without land no cultivation and no production so the person whom the farmers consider for cultivating their crops should also be included so that they wont giving for insustiral or any othr purps

WE NEED TO WORK OUT HOW WE CAN TAKE BACK THE POK (PAKISTAN OCCUPIED KASHMIR). PAKISTAN IS TRYING TO INTERNATIONALIZE THE KASHMIR ISSUE BUT AS SUCH THERE IS NO ISSUE ABOUT THE KASHMIR. THE ONLY ISSUE ABOUT KASHMIR IS POK. WE NEED TO COMMUNICATE THIS TO PAKISTAN THAT HOW THEY WILL HANDOVER THE POK TO INDIA. BY HAVING MUTUAL DIALOG OR OTHER WAY MIGHT BE VERY DANGEROUS FOR THEM. Mr. PRIME MINISTER, NOBODY TAKING ABOUT POK. PLEASE COMMUNICATE STRONGLY TO HANDOVER POK TO INDIA.

DEAR SIR, Sub: A SUGGESTION FOR THE SAFETY OF WOMEN. The Idea which.i am suggesting is about the need of combination of different organization to make sure our ladies are safe at everywhere they reach. The different organization we are combining to work together are - Police department - Radio stations( Radio mango ,Red F M.. etc) - Different transport union( Auto Riksha driver union, taxi driver union…. etc ).

How this method of P R T group( POLICE-RADIO-TRANSPORT) going to work ??? This is for women safety, if women,are feeling unsafe anywhere she has to call to a TOLLFREE NUMBER which are directly connected to the radio station or have to message of the place and location of her.So

that the 24*7 working radio station its duty of them , the radio jockey at that particular time will announce this through the station their by the many number of person who are listening to this can reach the particular location for help….. and it is their duty of the radio station that they have to inform it to the police department and to the union of different transport to make sure that the women who called or send the particular message is safe…..

How the women’s can be a part of the team…?? We know that now a days some application is their where the women has to just press the a button on the touch phone and place and location of her will be send to the the personals phone number which are already link in it…..
