why so ?
they are not paying or they are not eligible for doing so. if govt. is want to improve the country in reality then why they are concentrating on internet. there are so many bad things already in india, why we normal people cant change. actually you think that indians are secure but in reality they aren't.they are not secure. the police department is not good. why reapers still alive ?nownospace

Net neutrality should not be defined by telecom companies. True net neutrality implies that all content on the internet is equal and that all people have access to any content of their choosing. Licensing apps (for example - VoIP apps) is a direct violation of the concept of net neutrality.
Removing net neutrality can lead to the creation of walled gardens on the internet. This greatly curbs an individuals freedom for expression as the internet is now one of the primary modes of communication.

Net Neutrality means access anything on internet without bias, things like airtel zero and facebook's internet.org are creating a biased internet, all website should be available with the same cost. Please do not let Telecom companies decide this. #NetNeutrality
Also licencing is a bad idea, you are preventing a innovation and controlling when there is no need to control
please keep the status as it is right now,

Government must act now

The DoT Report noted that a free and open Internet, available to all Indian citizens, is key to our country's future. Despite that, telcos are already violating net neutrality and endangering that future. The Govt should pass regulation immediately to protect net neutrality in India - the status quo of mere promises is not enough. The Govt must commit to protecting net neutrality in law in India. Don't take 5 years to decide this.
I will NOT vote for you otherwise!
