Dear PM, We have a solution capable of doing AEPS txn using mobile phone along with card based transactions and capable of integrating it to UPI platform. We want to showcase the product and be part of the digitization of our economy but neither the bank nor the NPCI is able to help with the charges or the required standards. We are currently using the pos for BC locations succesfully for almost 18 banks but when we approach bank to use the same at Merchant locations they are in ambuguity

4. Make sure all tollgates accept e payments. Penalise those who won't. 5. Make sure that all fees and taxes to government are paid only in e mode. 6. Upgrade all the servers of government departments to handle the increased traffic. 7. Black list those contractors and factories who pay their workers in cash. 8. Add a feature to BHIM app where people can complain about the places where they cannot use the app. 9. Include a clause in all tenders that all payments must be in e mode.

Ideas- 1) there should be one uniform platform for all e-transactions. multiple platforms like diff mobile wallet, diff card systems creates confusions. 2) make BHIM system effective & without charges. why should common people give charge for any transactions especially where he/she doesn't get any value? 3) Govt. should make only AADHAR no. to be the medium of any money transactions. 4) Govt to provide free machinery for any transactions required.

1. Amend shops & Establishments act to say that i order to renew their licence, the shop must have a working e payment option like POS, wallet etc whatever they think is beneficial. Penalize those who do not have a working e payment option. 2. Amend Chapter VI of Income tax act to provide exemptions only to e payments. 3. Amend Income tax act to provide that at least 10% of payments and receipts must be in e payment mode. Otherwise add 10% to receipts and disallow 10% of payments.

#DigitalPayments data(internet) services should be free forever for all e-wallet apps and all UPI apps . so there will be no bar while using these services, as we use USSD *99#. Please take appropriate steps regarding this. Thanks
