For cashless econonmy,
Under "made-in-india initiative",
ask ECIL (electronic corporation of india limited"
to manufacture
"4G devices LTE which is priced under 1000/-",
and sell it small vendors who sell small products like vegitables, fruits, etc....
(use aadhar card while selling these phones to vendors and merchants).
And your mygov site is pathatically slow, tie up with google to manage this website.

Booking and purchase of air ticket and rail ticket, above some limits (Rs.500 & above) should be digitalised.
PAN card must be made mandatory for all citizens above 18 years of age. If it is difficult to implement this all of a sudden, step by step method may be initiated. Ist stage, large sums should be through digital mode and in the later stages small amounts should also be made compulsory through digital mode.

Ideas to explore.... To connect last mile
1. Incentivise Mnrega payments through usage of bhim
2. PDS payment through BHIM... Increase quantity or give coupon benefit for next month distribution
3.All social programs like old age pension, widow pension, maternity and scholarship benefits through Bhim.. PR has to be done by Gram pradhan.. Recognise him for efforts put in making his village less cash
4. Scout/NCC/NSS type credits to youth if they educate fix no. Of people.

As an initial step towards a cashless economy, payments in petrol pumps should be made completely cashless by insisting on payment using credit/debit cards, e-vallets or any other electronic transfer. This is suggested based on the logic that anyone who can obtain a vehicle licence is capable of using digital means of payment.
Even from the time of getting sales registration, POS machines should be made mandatory for shops.

First,
make "BJP ruled city" - "Ahmadabad" - "metropolitan city" cashless, or
make "financial city" - "Mumbai" - "metropolitan city" cashless or
make "electronic city" - "Bengaluru" - "metropolitan city" cashless
or atleast
make "food counters in"- "Cineplex/ IMAX's" in Metropolitan cities cashless then,
make "food counters in"- IT MNC's like Infy, wipro, TCS,...etc.. cashless then,
slowly extend this concept to - "maruti factory, guargao", ...etc..

A mobile Wallet Mobile Scanning system that will make it easier for passengers to pay their metro fare.validators will be at entrance and exit points. Passengers will scan Money loaded mobile at entering and disembarking.. On trial basis implement on any one metro... In initial stage give liberal options to passengers .eg Person charging with rs 100 can travel for rs 150 some thing like that.We can model this in line with Abudhabi Automated Bus card System
