Our country has so many unemployed and unskilled youth, even after skill india initiative. If possible i urge you to MANAGE these unorganized sectors. If possible start to form Organization Pool of similar talents (Labor, Electrcian, Plumber) which can provide contractual services in the government/private contracts in large numbers. Instead of private services, make an Official Group for unemployed people to get relevent contractual jobs. I am not sure what our Employent excchange does.
