Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji I would like to suggest my view which entered into my mind. "Of all things before us, agriculture come first". India is facing food crisis. 70 percent earn their livelihood through agriculture. Farmers are backbone of Agriculture. GOI can introduce a Farmers Pension Scheme (Kisan Pension Yojana) like Superannuation pension, Family Pension, Old Age Pension. Through Governemnt and Public contributions,secheme can be introduced for farmers welfare.

Our most respected PM I would like to draw your attention towards the pathetic condition of the infrastructure in the government schools in Haryana even sfter more than 70 years of independence. Please show us the way so that we as citizens can come forward and contribute in any way we can to improve the situation. I am a teacher in one of the private school. But my heart sinks to see the condition of the facilities that the children in government schools are getting.

Independence is all about INDEPENDENCE belonging to various dimension from freedom of thought and expression,freedom to do duty,freedom of life .This can be happen when there is no or minimal interference in affairs of people .so please speak about non interference of government in public and private affairs particularly the working of ias officer.a law or advisory should be issued to fix term of service at least 1.5 years at a place
