MCI is absent in community medicine. what states are doing in community medicine is not concern of MCI so why we need MCI. MCI must establish its won skill screening centers to issue licence for practic, in each district or revenue zone. Today medical collge pass out finish internship and he is allowed to practice. But in westorn contries after internship student must have desired level of skills crosschaked by medical council and allow them to practice. MCI need 100 skill check centers only.

The draft does not show the qualitative difference in treatment to tax payers and non-tax payers. This is evident in the policies of western countries which were compared in the tables. The policy expects public financing but fails to justify the tax payer benefits vs non-tax payers. I am not referring to rich and poor like politicians, but I am referring to hard working and law abiding vs lazy and defaulting. Please do aadhaar data mining on banks and correlate with PAN returns with automation.

MCI must focus on private and govt hospital rules and regulation. Private healthcare system is worst in india while MCI is usless thing. If mci is not doing its duties, desolve it and establish new authority. Alot more fund to MCI to conduct right measures. MCI is authorised to stop state govts bluffs in healthcare. If govt hospital dont follow MCI regulations shut it down. Or MCI we take care and union govt will alot funds directly from the state finatial aid, provied by union govt.

There are conflicts between MCI and UGC for medical education. MCI established for regulating medical services and UGC is established for heigher education. MCI must have subsection for medical education and main section for medical facilities and services, Practitioners regulations. But MIC is only interested in medical education becouse of money ivolved in medical college. Medical education must be under UGC and MCI inspection will have tokem to run, is best policy.

MCI is only showcase authority. have money to buy anything in MCI. MCI is established to watch healthcare nationwide but mci provide Softness for govt hospital and medical colleges. autonomoy to mci is purposed for avoid this softness to govts. private medical colleges are buying everything from MCI. Private medical colleges staffs are underpaie, bluffs in records and MCI never varify salary seats becouse many faculties are on paper and had private practice, which are under paid.

Govt medical colleges are won by state govts. and civil hospital too. So medical colleges have same quality as civil hospitals have. as in maharashtra district having govt medical college dont have civil hospitals, how cand medical faculty resreach. public health is state listed but medical colleges doesnt. So medical colleges must directly run by universities or central govt. In Maharashtra govt medcal colleges dont have 50% staff. So how we can create quality health care ProfeesionalS.

In private hospitals, nursing staff should be trained and cerified otherwise hospital management must have to face criminal affence. Nursing must have good pay as no inspection authority consider paysheet. Underpaid employee must be underskilled And it affects healthcare. So underpaied staff must have criminal procedures of finatial extortion.

Sir,I want to bring to ur kind notice what is happening in our health sector First the funds We are investing very less for our health sector in our gdp Lack of accountability in our health sector The funds which are distributed to each and every primary health care centre are misutilised these funds are distributed among the local politicians and authorities Less than 20%are utilised for hospitals Drugs Only the vaccines and RNTCP drugs are good Remaining all other govt supplies are low grade

Sir, we routinely discuss allopathy with regard to medical practice. However, what ails allopathy also ails indian medical practice, no regulation, dubious practitioners, some who practice allopathy, poor quality of preparations, some mixed with antibiotics & steroids for immediate improvement. There is a world of good in ayurveda, homeopathy & yoga which we are reticent to tap. All allopathic institutions should have a yoga wing, known to improve treatment outcomes & reduce hospital stay.

Health hazard posed by a number of packaged snacks, fast food, beverages etc very severe. There is a need to curb their production and distribution. Addiction to these hazarduos food materials are more severe than drugs as it affects our young children. Hence, please initiate policies to save our children by nothing short of banning these harmful products.
