Alcohol and tobaco items should be heavily taxed. All mini PHCs should be upgraded to atleast 10 Bedded hospital where people can get medical access even at night. In most cases we see that free medicines available at the hospitals do not work properly though the composition mentioned on the label is same .Some medical stores do not have licences and most pharmacy sells duplicate medicenes. This issues should be addressed so that poor people of our country are benifited.

A lot of primary health centers are located very closely at least in Tamilnadu. They are generally posted with 2 doctors and few stay in duty after out patients time. Instead most of the health units can be merged and few hospitals with all facilities can be made available 24x7 as communication and transport has improved vastly in Tamilnadu. This way doctors as resource can be optimized and made available with accountability.

The main obstacle in our development is uncontrolled population increase. Strict measures should be taken to curb it. Families giving birth to their third child after 270 days of announcing this budget will have to face ---- withdrawal of PDS. fol lower income family, double or tripple land and aggricultural tax for farmers and 20% additional income tax for service holders. Because this is the only field where we dont want to surpass China.

It is time to equip each panchayat HQ with a 10-15 bedded hospital manned by 2 nurse and 4 attendants with a pharmacy and dressing room. This will be connected with the Block/Mandal HQ hospital with telemedicine method for medical admn. A doctor will visit daily for 2 hrs. This will work as a emergency, referring and a recuperating centre. Post operative and long term treatment patients will stay here.

I feel, National Health Framework should be a holistic Public Private Partnership (PPP) project. Ayurveda, Unani and Homeopathy etc. should have full role in it. It would be nice if we could have local participation to build cooperative hospitals in each area. New innovative PPP and cooperative business models could be worked out by local people. Encourage participative and inclusive ventures in rural-urban healthcare. India with Indian thoughts.

This continues in my previous post. I have many examples where some old people unable to add months and years in pkd date and due this some medical store sold expire medicine and purchased. The solution to this problem is ever expirable products may be medicine come in market with well written expire date/validity date. This will in place a another control in medicine before use. Again thanks for taking our suggestions.

My admirable GOV. First i want to say thank foe giving opportunity to write on this topic. I am not have much more on this topic. But I have one little issue and major impact to our country. In our country all medicines come with some expires date. But expire date is not clear mentioned. Like some medicines have 1year from packing date, some mentioned 18 months from pkd date. This create lot's of confusion to people. Because in our country all are not educated. So they unable to find expiredate
