Dear Sir, to impose ban on plastic bag can be done when we will be able to increase awareness in citizens about their responsibilities, To clean our environment. we can publish such awareness by media like (social media, news papers, TV etc). to use environment friendly bags (cloths, news papers to wrap). We can impose such things by introducing reward policies. if a citizen will showcase that he is not using plastic bags can give him is deduction in municipal tax etc.

My suggestion:
all male and female persons use to carry a "Hand Rumaal" with them always.
design the Hand Rumaal which can be converted into Carry bag.
It is very simple. same design of carry bag. when carry bag is unused it is of similar size of Hand Rumaal.
so we can Manufacture Hand Rumal type carry bag. so that it is sufficient to Carry 1kg of material.
The madimum use of carry bag is of size 500 grams to 1kg.

In continuation another suggestion is that producers who HAVE to pack in air tight plastic packs(biodegradable) may be allowed to increase the price by 5 to 10 percent on condition that they should repay the excess on return of the packs by the consumers.the producers can recycle the used packs and reuse it.

I wanted to raise another area of pollutants other than plastic which are as harmful for people, however did not find a way to raise it hence raising it here. In Agra and other cities, builders make apartments and then lease the roof to telecom companies who put cell towers there. Builders get perpetual money at the expense of health of residents. Cell towers emit powerful radiation and pose a sever risk to occupants of apartments.
Please enact a law that would stop builders from doing this.

1.Plastic carry bags of all specifications should stopped immediately at production level.
people will automatically shift to other means like cloth or paper bags.
2.Packing of food and other materials which require air tight packing alone should be allowed to use plastic, that too only biodegradable plastic.
