Dear sir, This suggestion is regarding CLEAN INDIA. Every one is saying about cleaning major cities.I think with city we have to concentrate on village since they are going to be residents of tomorrow cities.You have announced 20Lakh for each panchyat.But will the sarpanch will utilise that. I think the main problem in village is regarding PLASTIC.so a GOVT body should be formed on BLOCK basis to handle PLASTIC or settle palnt on block basis.this will not only make INDIA clean but also JOBS.

3- REVAMP OF POST OFFICE Ex-A private courier field boy collect 10 items from 10 offices for 25 days at an average rate of 25 Rupees he gives a revenue of INR 62,500 to his company in month and courier service use the same Indian Railways, Airports which Post office use. India has 154866 post office and 1 post office field boy can gives 62500*154866 = 9,67,91,25,000

2- IMPOSING 5-10 % GOVT ADVERTISEMENT IN PRIVATE TELEVISIONS, FM Dear Sir, I am Sajal Gupta an Environmental Engineer want to say that private TV channels FM radios are collecting lot and they are showing all the advertisement from dirty to good. Every television must be asked to show 5-10 % Government advertisement during the rush hours. 1- IMPOSING FEEDBACK FORM ON EVERY GOVT SCHEMES Dear Sir, I am Sajal Gupta an Environmental Engineer went to open PMJDY Account in Canara Bank Gurgwara Road Gurgaon. There was very unprofessional behavior by the employee. I request that at least 0.01 % of 125 core population should have facility of feedback, vocal record regarding the feedback. This will help in implementing better schemes, cracking down ill behavior.

This Suggestion is for Clean India Clean Delhi.In Delhi There are 5043 schools(data from Del Govt site) There should be a extra Physical session in a week for Clean Drive in Delhi by every school. if there are 500 students are participated in this drive dear sir the calculation is more than 250000 students are involved in this clean drive in a week other then MCD also it should be implemented "in colleges and university also.Delhi may be Clean and Green.
