Incidences of physical, harmful punishments are seen in many schools. Teachers need to be educated in various ways of handling girl child without bodily harm.Similarly parents need to learn about handling children softly, and respectfully.

Anemia is common in girls across India. Mid day school meals can be fortified with use of Spinach, leafy vegetables, jaggery, bajra, and dates. This will prevent anemia in future generations.

Gender sensitivity should begin with sensitizing teachers first. Towards this, every district can have a nodal officer under District Education Officer, who is entrusted with organizing one or two seminars every six months or so initially for principals, and later for teachers. Principals and teachers can then share their experiences with other teaching and support staff. Further schools should be encouraged to promote collective activities.

Idea of increasing literacy amongst girls is great. However, it will be best to target 100% literacy across the genders. We have example of Kerala where they could achieve it. Once we have high literacy, people will appreciate issues related to cleanliness and women's right etc. It will be a game changer for country's development and image. I am sure you already have it in mind. I will be happy to contribute and help in mobilising funds if required. You can start with one district in each state.

Respected PM sir, Mein ek govt. company mein kaam krtein hn jahan roz kai labour warg ke logn se milta hn. Wh apne bachon ko padane ki puri koshish krtein hain. Unhi ki shahayta ke lye hum har employee ko ek bache ki padai ki zimadari dena suggest krna chahunga. Wh us bache ki fees direct uske school ke online se account mein jama karaye. Aur wh paisa direct income tax ke roop mein mana jaye +tax exemption bhi mile. Taki eduction badane ki humari koshish direct hi ground level pe ho sake.

Mr PM Sir, Your first radio address was good. To promote gender sensitivity each gender should be taught to respect the other's 'No' . Each child must be taught say the word 'No' if necessary. This should practised by all parents and other citizens too.
