The Action Plan for River Ganga has been going on since 1985 with a focus narrowing down to mainly sewerage & sewage treatment. It is time now to decentralized the treatment of domestic and industrial wastes to the State Govts. through their State Plans. The focus may now be for policy interventions on addressing flow (surface & ground water), solid waste management, river front regulation and strict monitoring.

as i m observing from quite long time about the sucide attemps and self body fire incidents by school students by getting less marks as per their expectation or several other reasons , just now i m watching same from a student of gurgaon named Pinky , my suggestion is , our goverment should make such policies and plans in education sector , by which their is a average marks for a student , below that certain marks the marks should covert into grades , by which the setback ratio will decrease .

To improve indian railway situation, first step should be taken toward booking of railway tickets. Strict action should be in place for the ticket brokers. Ticket availability will resolve problem for millions of passengers. Also new technology should be incorporated for making trains available at the right time.

This is regarding opening of one or two Central Government Health Scheme Dispensaries in Varanasi City; There are thousands of central government employees and pensioners in Varanasi but not even a single CGHS dispensary to take care of their health whereas dispensaries are available at Allahabad,Kanpur,Lucknow like cities.Our H,ble MP from Varanasi and PM of India may kindly take care of this problem th'ro Min of Health please.
