गंगा की सफाई के लिए आवश्यक है की जान भागीदारी हो । आम लोगो में गंगा के प्रति प्रेम हो ताकि वो गंगा को गन्दा न करे और दुसरो को गन्दा न करने दे ।

Those unemployed who live along the banks may be given employment with a strict guideline that if their performance is lacking then they will be given a sack. This can be followed by dredging and the rich soil collected can be used in developing greener banks / parks. his will give impetus to tourism.

Recently I had an opportunity to view a presentation at Indian Engineering Congress at Hyderabad on Cleaning of Rivers in Korea. The first step they took was to collect all the floating Garbage. This practice can be adopted in stretches all along the urban areas falling on Gangaji and its tributaries. This can be followed by cleaning of banks on weekly basis if not daily. The above can be done with the help of boats and the scheme will help generating employment.

Biggest visible signs of corruption and neo-colonial feudal mis-governance in India on our roads is the way every possible variety of crook and thief in the guise of government, party, power or sheer bullying tactics zips through toll booths while law-abiding people stand stuck in long lines for hours sometimes. Please add toll to fuel cost and make roads free of toll mafia menace for innocent passage by citizens or government gets a bad name and your ruling party too. Thank you.

clean ganga may look like a mission but it is more of our duty. this feeling has to be instilled in every indian through an ad campaign on similar lines of swach bharat campaign. but lot can be done by the government that is if there is ban on disposal of industrial waste in ganga the amount of dangerous chemical content will reduce to a very low level from where clean ganga can be pushed up at higher speed
