Hi It's Saket, what i feel strongly while sharing my views on clean Ganga mission is the need of a monitoring system for the ongoing projects.Meantime a daily report may be given about the project development.Which will help knowing the project status and pace can be adjusted accordingly. It will also help to harness those corrupt officials who focus more on postponment of action and less on their work.

Sir, To use our water ways for transport purposes is good idea If it is possibel to use our rivers for transport then it should be implimented as it is cheapest than road, rail transport. It will also encourage tourists . Companies provided the work of transportation should be also responisible for cleanliness of their route.Government should work on this project seriously.

A ghat exclusively be kept for people who come for sheshakriya. The sewage from near by building through small drainage should be stopped forthwith. They should be made accountable for dirtying the ganga.

1.A small entry fee should be charged for those want to visit the ghats. This money can be used to clean the ghats on hourly basis. 2.The urinal provided in the ghat should be relocated to a far of place. The dirty smell of urine is horrible to a tourist who visis the holy ghat.

1.Please provide public health centre in ghats with round the clock doctors. 2.Please follow the rules as practiced in IVOR MADHOM near shornur Kerala state, where the one of the best maintained shesha kriya centre in India. 3. Control panda's who cheat people coming from far of places to to kriyas. They should be given tokens and the charges for each kriya should be displayed in all prominent places of ghats. 4.Stray dogs,Cattles and beggars should not be allowed to sit in ghats.

I have been to varanasi on 14th of july,I am saddened to see the state of affairs. My humble suggestion is keep a ghat exclusively for people who come for doing the kriyas. This ghat should be properly fenced with a small entry fee. So that stray cattle, dogs and beggars can be controlled and thereby swachatha can be maintained. Exploitation of pandas should be controlled. The authorities should fix a rate for each kriya and the charges should be displayed. Name this ghat as PM's ghat.
