Making toilets is easy but maintaining them is difficult. In connection to that I suggest two things: 1. In case of separate toilet units, the toilet door shall open to outside as there will be enough space to enter and clean. The door can also be removable type in open condition if there is any hindrance to open the door outside. 2. In case of toilet complex, instead of having permanent partitions, we can have modular removable partitions so that it can be removed and cleaning can be done.

Every village or town should have its its own sewage treatment plant, drainage system, waste water treatment plant and garbage treatment plant. There should be diffent bins for wet garbage and dry garbage, technologies to conver wet garbage into organic manure to be introduced, dry waste to be used for creating usefull goods, fines should be given for throwing garbage openly.

Bio gas plant is a must in all cities in which garbage is becoming a curse. The biggest problem is the plastic bags. These i suppose must be banned in all restets. I have seen in the hilly areas such practices have been adopted with success.

I think Govt. should take care for cleaning of garbage of cities, which creates most of the pollution in the city and for use of these garbage can use for bio gas plant, which will be useful and can get the energy also.
