to make perfect swatch india there should b separate department to manage the garbage in the country... first of all there should be arrangement dustbin at every corner..possibly..

Found plastic garbage around India Gate. 1) Please Keep some Bins so that the tourist can put the wastage plastic covers and other things in the dust/garbage bins. 2) There was no public toilet near by India Gate – Please build some public toilets at-least were there are tourist spots. 3) Each 'panipuri/beal puri wallas should carry some bins for the garbage collection. They do some small business and make huge garbage in the spots like India Gates.
