I am from Yamuna Nagar.
There are daily so many vehicles passed away in the counting of lakhs.
NH73 , S6 are jointer of Yamuna Nagar with other big cities. We are daily
suffering from a big jam especially Jagadhri busstand to village Damla.
According to situation, There should be flyover like Panipat flyover which
across the whole town and rush area without any disturbance to other vehicles
and market business also.
Flyover will make Damla village to Jagadhri busstand and Delhi byepass to

People or Public will follow the traffic rules when they fear from traffic police
and plenty / fine fear to break the rules.
Apply the rule for loading vehicles like Tractor-Trauli , Mini truck , Trucks.
The rule is :-
1.
The open part of body of loading vehicles should be covered.
Due to this no one vehicles will take extra stuff and over load
2.
Permit vehicles will free from toll-tax because they already give
tax to the state government so why they pay the other tax especially
loading ve

In developed countries like Germany, waste is so efficiently managed that each type of waste is firstly discarded in separate coloured bins where PEOPLE have to follow the rule and dsicard each type of waste accordingly. Then they are recycled separately and whole system works quite smoothly. Secondly, bottles (glass, plastic, tins) are to returned back to shop and consumer gets some paid money back and they are recycled too. This avoids bottle littering on roads and cleaner streets are seen.

The reason for excess garbage and waste is partly the Govt. and mainly the PUBLIC. Even if the Govt. manages to install garbage bins and efficiently tries to clean up drainage and roads, the People are responsible for littering them again. If basic civic sense is inculcated in everyone, A CLEAN and GREEN Country is possible. The Govt. should do its job of instaling bins, cleaning on regular basis but at the same time, people should follow their duty of throwing litter in bins and not on roads !!

Medicinal trees have become a lost treasure. Raktachandan, Chandan, Ashok, Lodhra, Padmak, Varun are selectively eliminated from forest. They need to be grown for use in trade, tradition and local health care. A mission on rare medicinal trees is requested. Health ministry's AYUSH dept. can fund and provide consumption & demand. Forest ministry can survey current status, Forest Research institute can provide technical info.on silviculture, nursery, seeds etc Forest can plant them on their lands.

It is easy to stop this rush and jam.
Stop four vehicles to small market like Chandani chowk ,
Sadar bazar and so on.. Provide battery vehicles like
auto rickshaw , three wheelers. Due to this poor peolple or
unemployment will achieve work.
Only not in Delhi , this rule will apply to other big cities , towns.
Apply handmade utensils or sand utensils on railwaystation and
