Beautiful vision, but there seems to be a sluggishness. Need to understand its root cause. Is it that our youth won't take anything less than engineering? Or, similarly thinking parents? Has our youth started resorting to short-cuts to fortunes? Why the govt initiatives didn't percolate well? Or resistance from states? Make our youth realistic by stopping ALL-PASS system from primary classes. Else they will be misguided; and become a burden to govt and families equally.

National skill development agency should be associated with academic system of the country. Skill development is necessary but at the same time academic qualification is also necessary for the youth to make a developed country. Skill without knowledge can not produce new thinking. A person expert in skill can not innovate a new skill with better principle. So we must emphasise skill development but can not ignore academic qualification.
