Dear sir...Government is taking & making all efforts to promote MSME business in our country by giving & supporting in all possible ways to boom the industry & business in our country.
But due to some minor mistakes orelse nill mistakes the scoring rate of the applicant will be wrongly uploaded in CIBIL ,for which the aspirant application will be turned down by the banker's which will be a major set back for the aspirant.
Few positive changes in this check may be beneficial for aspirant

Amendments have been made to promote the participation of MSMEs in domestic and international markets. Initiatives like the Public Procurement Policy for MSMEs mandate that a certain percentage of government procurement must be sourced from MSMEs, providing them with greater market access. Additionally, schemes to support MSME exports and participation in international trade fairs have been introduced.

The amendments have also addressed the issue of delayed payments to MSMEs. The act mandates that buyers of goods and services from MSMEs must make payments within 45 days. Failure to do so attracts a compound interest penalty on the amount due. This provision aims to ensure timely payments and improve the cash flow of MSMEs.

To address the financial challenges faced by MSMEs, amendments have been made to improve access to credit. The government has introduced several schemes and incentives, such as the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) and the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS), to provide collateral-free loans and financial support to MSMEs.

Amendments have been made to simplify the registration process for MSMEs. The introduction of the Udyam Registration portal has made it easier for enterprises to register and avail themselves of benefits. This portal simplifies the process and reduces bureaucratic hurdles, allowing for quicker and more efficient registration and access to government schemes.
