I suggest that upon receipt of the Changemaker badge, which is the last badge on MyGov, the candidate should be presented with the actual badge and certificate. So that we can all remember our contributions to nation building through MyGov and inspire others to keep making such contributions in the future The certificate and the change maker badge should be sent through the post office, the certificate must have the signature of the PM.

Special Provisions for the promotion of establishment of home based consumable retail products as micro manufacturing units in the Rural area with subsidiary is requested to be promoted.
This will boost Retail, quality outputs due to competitive factors and will enhance small scale retail products exports
Some good examples are micro electronic products,Food,house hold grossery products

*Amendments in the MSMED Act 2006*
- *Change in classification criteria*: The MSMED Act 2006 was amended to change the criteria for classifying Micro, Small and Medium enterprises from 'investment in plant & machinery/equipment' to 'annual turnover' ¹.
- *Definition of MSMEs*: The amendment changed the criteria for defining MSMEs from investment-based to turnover-based ²:
- Micro: Turnover up to ₹5 crore
- Small: Turnover between ₹5 crore and ₹75 crore
- Medium: Turnover between ₹75 crore and ₹250 crore
- *Ease of doing business*: The change in classification criteria is expected to enhance the ease of doing business and pave the way for increased direct and indirect employment in the MSME sector ¹.
- *Alignment with GST*: The new classification criteria is aligned with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime, which is based on annual turnover ¹.
