It would be a more transparent & fair procedure, if an auditor of a company get his appointment through The Government route instead of getting appointment through the company. In the practical scenario, the auditor has to give report to satisfy the client as his remuneration is payable by the client himself. It would be a great idea,if appointment and remuneration made by the Govt. itself and the client has to deposit remuneration amount to the Govt. treasury.its a huge step for nation building.

Staliblising mobile internet (in terms of speed and connecitivity) should be prioritised. We observe that 3G speeds are committed upto 21.1 Mbps (eg) but we actually get 1-2 Mbps. Minimum speeds should also be committed.

All day to day services must be digitalized may it be rashan cards, payments of electricity bills, & if policestations can be made online it would be great effort. Moreover citizens must have access to all public related documents.

Digital services can be rendered by all IT companies as CSR activities by taking the area to be covered which should not allow all city areas are covered by them leaving the rural ones to others. Allocation of area should be in the ratio of one urban and ten rural areas for maximum coverage in terms of taking bio-matric registartion of each invidual in the area allotted for coverage. This will provide the data bank to government for taking such data as the base data for collecting and collating further data on individuals. This can be done fast at minimum cost as compared to adhar card data compilation. This will facilitate to allot social security number and ensure effective survellance in community policing.
