The complaint page of HP Gas website http://dcms.hpcl.co.in is not functional since Aug-2014, hence public is unable to lodge complaints. It looks to me as conspiracy and sabotage right from petroleum ministry till dealers. Dealer has diverted my booked LPG to black-market and I cannot lodge complaint. However, I can see the truth in my booking history on the website. Diversions were not possible, if DBT were still functional. Such sabotage and conspiracy will defeat the vision of Digital India.

To achieve complete financial inclusion and corruption-free India, Government / RBI must do the following: 1. Encourage non-cash transaction e.g. bankcard-PoS transactions, mobile wallet etc. 2. Discourage cash. Reduce number of ATMs that will further reduce cash-handling cost to banks. 3. Charge fee of Rs.100/= for each cash withdrawal and deposit at ATM and counter. 4. Abolish notes of 100, 500 and 1000. Max currency note should be of Rs.50/-. It is difficult to find notes above $20/- in US

So 320 million ÷ 1.5 million per day = 210 days = 7 months. Now by enough budget sanction 2k crore +1.2k crore = 3.2k crore, it can be achieved by Feb-2015 too. There will be enough crowed for enrollment provided the Gov resumes DBT immediately for LPG, PDS etc. Also announce linking of mobile SIM and PAN card with Aadhaar by Apr-2015 thru e-KYC method.

As of 15-Sep2014, 680 million (68 crore) Aadhaar will be assigned. Modi’s target is 1 billion (100 crore) as soon as possible. The remaining 320 million (32 crore) can be completed in 7 months i.e. by Apr-2015 or even earlier. How? Present capacity of UIDAI is 1.5 million (15 lakh) Aadhaar per day. So 320 million ÷ 1.5 million per day = 210 days = 7 months. Now by enough budget sanction 2k crore +1.2k crore = 3.2k crore, it can be achieved by Feb-2015 too.

I read few ideas of my fellow friends posted below.1 thing which struck me is the word digital itself. We still do not have smooth and fast internet facilities through an of the present ISPs operating in the country. As most developed nations i think what India needs primarily now is digitization at low cost.Internet should be made available to one and all at a very competent price. This will benefit the rural population a lot too who are still very much lacking in terms of facilities.

This can be done easily but first all the state govts should follow on line systems. Even the websites of many departments under many states are incomplete/not updated and very difficult to operate. The GOVT. should check it and should be updated. This will make initiate to public to do paper work on line.

For each and every Indian, there must be one unique codification card like which includes its fingure prints, eyes scan, its Ration card, Election card, Driving Licence, Bank Details, Nominee Datails, Job Details, Education Details, Address Details, Property Details, and much much more things.. Guess if a person go anywhere and to do whatever he/she just need a simple card or codification number.. which gives transparancy and sweeftness in routines.. Digital India with Digital Indians..
