- Government can either create a unique account for drivers so that they can encash their money or link exisiting bank accounts for fare fulfillment - Encashment points can be created or tie up with Various banks ATMs to encash If the above suggestion sounds practical & if it is implemented it will mutually benefit Consumers, Drivers as well as the Government. Also it can very well be applied to Vegetable vendors next ;)

Briefly it should work as follows : - All the taxis & rickshaws should have GPS compulsorily. - The Fare computation needs to be done by a software program as per the current logic & monitored through Central command station - Taxis & Rickshaws to be fitted with NFC collection devices - As the fares will be calculated through Central server there wont be any rigging of meters - Consumers can be issues Pre paid cards with NFC technology which will be swiped at the destination

Suggestion for Digital service implementation of Taxi & Rickshaw fares... I would compliment the government for taking initiative for digitization of consumer services. One such service if digitized would definitely help the common commuter of Mumbai, I have heard the State government working towards common transport card for Railway & Buses. If the same can be implemented for Taxis & Rickshaws it can go a long way and also curb Black money.

Everyone are comparing our country to other country, similarly we are approaching to full fill their needs, we have to do some things new that cannot amazing/thought by other countries.

Digital Services may require real world support:: especially in delivering goods. Indian Post can play pivotal role there. Looking at the growth in ecommerce. and lot of logistic support requirement. Indian Postal Service is poised for "Achhe din".. It can act as logistic support to all these ecommerce company when goods to be delivered in towns and villages.

Sir can we have an aadhar card which is chip enabled for authentication. This can improve our public distribution system. Each PDS shop can be monitored against its sale to actual beneficiaries. Hand held devices and Mobile PDS shops will make sure that every Indian gets good quality food. hygienically packed food grains in a weekly Van visiting villages where people have chip based aadhar card to claim their subsidized food!!

Sir, I have an idea for decrease the consumption of petrol, which may decrease the import of it and our currency can improve. this can be implemented in the union budget for FY16, if idea seems to be good. Similarly i have an idea which may increase railway profit. so please reply for the same, am waiting.
