Make people as well as dept. staff aware that Govt. is providing numerous services online. Last summer when I went to pay electricity bill in the local office in Bhubaneswar, Odisha staff there were unaware about the system of paying electricity bills online, odishaonline.gov.in. They said no system of paying bills online exists here, it must be there in Maharashtra or Delhi. I was shocked. So, make various dept. staff aware of the service their dept. is offering.

Dear PM Sir, I hope full this project single platform & one solution to help to develop all cities as the Smart Cities. How ever the central government dream projects like Clean India, Digital India & Make in India will be truly implemented by this Smart City Framework through governments. Basic facilities like 24x7 water supply & energy, efficient urban mobility, good governance, ICT, safety etc. based on we will be implementing Common Service Centers, Nagarpalika Database Information System.

India should prepare all the fiber optic cables and communication materials to be used in the Digital India Scheme. The government should say 90% of the material used in this project as should be made in INDIA it will create a job. Government is capable to say such order why because we have more excellent communication & Software engineer in the World.

There must be digital token system for ever government work so that there will be no problem

Dear PM sir, I think that there must a token number for ever work / file / document in government office for public. Many times I have see that the files pending. The officer in-charge does not take the file in Q. We have just wait for the number. And the most important thing is that if the office does not complete the old file within 3 days he can't take new file. Without completing old files please don't keep that officer there to.
