Home Department & Judicial System are must have to computerized as soon as possible. By this there efficiency can be monitored transparently. Now citizens are loosing confidence with those systems...That is very dangerous...And end with CIVIL WAR.

North eastern states, Andaman and Lakshadweep have a very poor internet connectivity. This needs to be upgraded by Govt. of India so that citizens and State Govts/UTs can implement e-governance properly and take its advantages. Digital Bharat will be a true success story only then.

I recently came to know that Manipur has banned all Bollywood movies however they are considering Mary Kom. This can be used by the government of India to unite our brothers & sisters from this North Eastern state through one of their heroes. I sincerely hope the government of India uses this opportunity in the best possible way.

Connect all the courts by net. Digitise all the pending cases. Work on mission basis to complete all the pending cases. Courts should work in shifts like factory in 2 shifts, till such cases are over. Use webacm, skyoe, smart phones for hearing. Delayed & poor Justice is one thing, which is directly affecting our poor people. For a thriving democracy, justice must be seen every where. Do away with 3 layers of courts, it only delays the matter and helps only the rich and stronger people.

गाँव के स्कूलों को सरकार को कंप्यूटर देने चाहिए तथा उसपर एक कंप्यूटर टीचर रखना चाहिए जिसकी नौकरी परमानेंट हो ताकि वो छोड़ कर ना भागे और कंप्यूटर लाब और कंप्यूटर सँभालने की पूरी जिम्मेदारी उस टीचर की हो जिससे कंप्यूटर खराब हुए तो उसकी तनख्वाह कटेगी यदि रखे रखे या कमरे में बंद किये तो | फिर वो बच्चों को सिखाये एवं वही से स्कुल के फॉर्म आदि भरे जाएँ इससे शुरुआत हो जायेगी डिजिटल साक्षरता की | फिर वहीँ सरकार अपने मास्टर ट्रेनर भेज कर स्कुल के बाद गाव वालो को भी कंप्यूटर सिखा सकती है |
