Acess to information is ok , but what about pornography , which is the main cause of all those rape cases , young teens who are under 18 are getting acess to such site which are not suitable for them , which causes a negative psychological thinking about there surrounding , I request to government to block all acess to pronography sites , as most of the teenagers are suffering from pronography addiction which is really very bad and a serious , I know I am really of topic but I am sorry for it .

Instead of targeting digital technologies for everyone, young people must be motivated to adapt digital technologies in every City, Town, Ward, Panchayat etc; Every school going children between 10th - 12th standard must be asked to participate for a start. The elderly must be assisted by the youth on day to day digital activities. We must provide all grievance redressal through digital technologies, we must provide from FIR to Ration access through digital means.

Police- Today an aggrieved victim is turned away fm police station, manual FIR is not written. there should be provision to register FIRs online and should pop up in dashboards of respective police station, CO, Dist SSP/SP and non-police officer Distt Magistrate. Heinous crimes like murder, rape should in addition appear in dashboards of DGP, Chief Secy, CM. this will create pressure on base level (thana) policemen to perform duty with devotion and in a non-corrupt manner. By digitization the higher authorities of Home & Judicial systems can easily accessible by normal people & the seed of corruption is those two departments. Once people started disobeying these two there is no dream only nightmare.
