First of all, this forum is great initiative, but is of little or no use if there is no activity at local level. e.g., My district is Gurgaon. But no discussions have been initiated on the Gurgaon discussion board. Also, this platform doesn't allow citizens to initiate discussion. Hence, no discussions are underway at Gurgaon district level. Note that ideas shared at local level are more targeted approach to evolution, development & progress. Good governance is tough without Local Governance.

We need to capitalise on the 900 mn mobile connections to reach out to a significant part of the population which does not know how to read or write but can speak and understand their regional language. We need to develop voice-to-text search engines in regional languages like the way Siri works in an iPhone. We can call it "iStree" and like a mother the voice activated search engine can provide reliable and relevant information in fields like Skill Development, Healthcare, Education etc

Hon’ble PM has approved Digital India Programme with budget of Rs. 1 Lac Crore. He uses digital technology smartly. However, India requires mobile & internet technology to roll out his Digital Projects. Mobile telephonic has grown explosively in India made possible by CHEAPEST call rates in the world. However, in contrast our broadband growth is the SLOWEST & MOST EXPENSIVE in the world. So, the solution is to make NET connections the cheapest & SPEEDIER to accelerate it to achieve FAST growth.

@ Saurabh Pant, Is by the ADHAR card any citizen can check the status of the accessed service? How many identity or cards have to carry? Is the card update the service digitally? I think No so Jai Ho SMART CITIZEN CARD.

श्री मान जी, रेलवे जंक्शनो में स्पेस उस वक्त के हिसाब से रखी गई थी जब देश की जनसंख्या ३०-३५ करोड़ थी जो बढ़कर १३०-१४० करोड़ हो रही है, गाडि़यों की संख्या भी १० गुणा बढ़ चुकी है, जंक्शनो पर भीड़ सैलाब जैसी दिखाई देती है. अब जरुरत है जंक्शनो को इतनी स्पेस देने की जो देश की २००-२५०ैकरोड जनसंख्या एवं वर्तमान से भी दस गुना ज्यादा गाड़ियों का दबाव भी ले सके, एसा ही आकर्षक, मितव्ययी ले-आउट प्लान अपने देश को समर्पित करने में मुझे प्रसन्नता होगी

I have an idea for Indian railway by which we can reduce the problem of getting train late. This is to sealed the chain in glass with the notice of emergency by which the people who pull the chain only because it is hanging freely and once the train stopped in speed then it take lot of time to get on track of it time. So this can be help in changing the mentality of that person.
