By cessation of 'self' and craving for 'self' at cost of each other's expense will bring loss instead of benefit in long run. India and China are both victims of colonialism and invasions. Both have great potential to do so much for world and bring peace in every corner of the world. Both countries need to create as many 'Bodhisatva's as possible out of their populations through Spiritual discipline. Both nations Never victim of envy, jealousy, hatred, mistrust, competing on each other's profit

Please see that China is different and its policy makers are different. The hostilities between both countries are the most unfortunate in both countries histories. By increasing and applying people to people cultural contact and arousing interest in each others benefits, India and China will benefit. Remember Chinese or Indians, both are important and both need Buddha so badly for peace, prosperity. Please bring both near, let both love and sacrifice somethings for each other.

I would like to share the concern as an NRI. In UK when Indians are coming on skilled visa either long term or short term,They are not eligible for the Permanent residency or extend there visa more than 5 years. If Indian government will consider this concern in its foreign policy then it would be appreciable effort for NRIs.

China has dispute all around with its neighbors. China is little scared of Modi and now very careful which is a good sign. It has lots of internal problems as well. We should be straight forward and forceful with China saying that you return our land and all will be good for you and if you do not return our land, then all bad for you. So it is their choice. Our Jawan is much stronger then Chinese Jawan. We have had more experience in fighting wars. We let China take control of Tibet, what else?

Guys, our PM is going to China. If there is signing of LAC demarcation agreement then we should just sign it to denote the LAC. But we can not give our land and need to take back Akshai chin area. China is already grabbed Tibet which was more closer and integrated with India prior to 1950's and all its postal work and transportation work used to get done through India. How much more China wants. Chinese are not likable in the world while Indians are likable. Chinese goods are poor quality.

We need a good NJAC bill as judge should not appt a judge. At times, it looks bad when a judge scold the gov and at times when gov does not follow supreme court directives that is bad too. Because of UPA , this mistrust has been created. GST bill is really path breaking. This Modi gov is doing good so far and it is feel good factor all around. Framers issue will not create any impact. We need to somehow control the population growth and implement common civil code and article 370.

Do we have not enough capable ppl who can write bills for amending the law. Amending the constitution is very critical and delicate. These poorly worded bills questions our ability, capability and wisdom. We should be put up a good team to manage that. I am sure whether these words from this forum goto law minister or PM. Someone should take note of it. I think We are messing up little bit in managing the parliament business as well. PM shuld take note of it.We shud plan ahead and execute well

Guys, From this NJAC hearing in supreme court, I got an impression that India Gov develops such a poorly worded bills which are not clear or have no meaning. How can gov prepare poor bills for amending the constitution of India.? I think UPA made that bill but NDA should have looked into it. Now Bench is asking questions and confused. Every word in the bill should have a purpose and reasoning behind it. Entire sentence should be proof read many times to ensure correct interpretation.
