Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:- ...

Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

Short Term improvements: 1. Compulsory implement self ticket vending touch screen machine with accepting card and cash payment in all stations in working conditions. If already implemented in metros increase its number as current numbers are truly not sufficient. 2. Instead of using air horn in train engine at every station during leaving of trains use small beep sounds in each carriage to denote the train is going to move. 3. Use common complaint and suggestion toll free number in entire nation

Short Term improvements: 1. Implement spring for metal windows in all trains similar to glass windows, this will considerably reduce lots of hand injuries for kids. 2. Implement child protection power socket for all berths which can be implemented easily. 3.Replace plastic doors with self closing with sensors, which prevent people travelling in steps and prevent 1000's of accident daily. 4. Use LED lights & speaker announcement in all carriages during approach of station especially at nights

I suggest the window in side upper berth also in 3rd AC & 2nd AC class.So passenger easily enjoy the outside atmosphere without going Lower Berth .From these we eliminate the disturbance of the other passenger how sit in lower berth.through these we save some money also to reduce the use of light(electricity)at day time.And Make our railway train good looking and modern.Please think once about these.

I suggest the introduction of waterless toilets in trains in order to conserve water and also to keep India clean. Global Positioning Systems should be installed on all trains and should be integrated to a server for real time tracking of the location of trains for the convenience of Passengers.

My suggestion to Indian Railways, they have to introduce Train Rating system and this rating should be provide by normal passenger thru online portal and this should be display during train booking so that other passenger also check the train rating before booking any travel . Rating should be like . on-time , cleanness, food, staff etc this will give benefit to those passenger & foreign tourist and rail dept also prepare the list basis on rating....

Asise mai sir hamara India clean kaise hoga. Apka had kaam kahali jayaga . Sir a hi haal hi ki Banat hai manrega ya phir narga Jo kam hota uska attendence false dekha kar logo k attendence card par attence chadakar kuch paise dekr age kam kar me raha hai.sir Jo panchyat bhawn par paryg kendra par operter baitha with kabhi waha par rahta hi nahi apna ghr mai office ban a liya hai bad wahi par rahta hai na himukahya nahi sarpanch koi action leta hai sir much kare raise logo ko . At railway crossing there should be gates of barbed wire , which should automatically close when train is at a distance of 1000 mts.

TRAINS ME Y FY SYSTEM LAGAKER T.T.E. ko LEPTOP de diya jaye. To running train me khali bertho ko agle station se book kiya ja sakta hai. Abhi do ghante pahle chart nikalta hai isse train ane tak resevation diya ja sakta hai. T.T.E. on line update karne se paper work paper aur CURREPTION se bachega. Rail ki revenue badhegi.

Hello sir Namaskar sir hamare gain mai bathroom( शौचालाय) banane ka gov. through aya that karib 1 ek saal phale abhi tak kam pura nahi huwa or Jo kam ho raha hai use hone wala samne krab quality ka huwa hai .sir isme jo contract liye chaiya ward member ya phir panchayat ka mukhya ya phir sarpanch kisi ko prwa nahi sabhi log paise rakh Libya air sir Octber mai panchayat elaction hone wala aisme sabhi log paise rakh Lange or vikash kaha hoga sir . Kabhi sir gaon check koi officer bhi nahi aaya .
