The Ministry of Labour and Employment is implementing the National Career Service (NCS) as a Mission Mode Project for establishing a network of Career Centres for providing a variety of employment related services. These Career Centres will be the main outreach centres for the National Career Service Project. In this project, a National portal is also being developed to facilitate registration of job-seekers, job providers, intermediaries etc. and provide job matching services in a transparent manner. These facilities alongwith career counselling content will be delivered by the portal through multiple channels like Career Centres, helpdesk, mobile devices, CSCs etc.

The Ministry seeks to position the National Career Service as a one-stop platform for all employment and career related services. It seeks suggestions from the public, youth, students, Research Institutes, Industry Associations, Academia, Industry etc.forCareer Centres on the indicative areas listed below:

a. Branding of Career Centres: A name and tagline communicating the objectives with particular focus on provision of employment and counselling related services to the youth of the country

b. Coverage of Career Centre: Geographical catchment, Sectoral thrust, Special focus groups, Women and youth centric

c. Implementation Agency for Career Centres: Academia (schools, colleges, universities etc), Industry, Industry Associations, Governmental organisations

d. Services to be offered: Jobseeker registration, Employer registration and job posting, Career counselling, aptitude assessment, Job matching, Information on availability of courses at educational institutions, training providers, Guidance on self-employment and entrepreneurship.

e. Technology Platformfor NCS: Linkage with Aadhaar/Bank accounts to meet KYC norms, Integration with other large databases, Verification of certificates and credentials.

f. Network of Career Counsellors: By linking career counsellors in schools, colleges and universities toprovide professionalcounselling.

g. Involvement of Civil Society, NGOs, CBOs and self-help groups.

h. Local Service Providers through Career Centres: Directory of Local service providers like drivers, plumbers, electricians etc.

i. Career Content Knowledge Repository: A searchable and updated database of skills based content in multiple media formats for easy access.

j. Revenue model for Career Centres to ensure sustainability.

k. Public Outreach Strategies.

Most suitable and innovative entries will be rewarded by a cash prize by the Ministry.

The last date for submission of entries is 31st March, 2015.

R/s PM Kindly make changes in our Arms&Ammunition policy of 1984. as the present policy have huge restriction on civilian. due to that policy we all have to spend our hard earned money on such arms like scrap. and there is huge scope of FDI in this business also. as no one like to buy our Indian arms due to poor build & finish quality. but there is no any choice than choosing such dumb products. so pls kindly take a look in it and try to make some changes in that policy sir. Modi Ji, Sir I have viewed your speech you have given in Australia,It is amazing an also very inspiring for us as as well as NRI's but sorry to say you this sir abt the bank account subject in speech,you are saying that "Meri Desh Ki Garim Vasiyo ne 5000Cr deposited in banks" if they are poor how can they deposit that much amount in banks, please don't call them GARIB atleast when your are talking abt our people in other countries ,sorry sir ji if my comment herts you.

Respected PM, Private company can develop the village,if Gov will want every thing is possible. Money for Village development can be distribute to private company and pardhan should be on salary. There is very high cruption in pardhan election,wine, money and prostitution everything is open in pardhan election.

Central Gov giving money to village for development but there is no development in the village. Village pardhan,Bdo,Vdo And DM also sharing this money. There is no toilet for poor people.

मान.प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, श्रम मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की परियोजना National Child Labour Project में हम सभी 1345 बाल श्रमिक कर्मचारी 1996 से छग में कार्यरत हैं जिसमे महिलाएं अधिक संख्या मे है, हमे आज तक किसी प्रकार का कोई लाभ नही मिला ,मिला तो सिर्फ अल्प मानदेय और शोषित जीवन, अब अचानक स्कूल बंद कर दिया गया है, और हमारी बात कोई सुन भी नही रहा है ।हमारा पूरा भविष्य अंधकारमय हो गया है,कहीं और नौकरी करने की उम्र अब नही रही, विश्वगुरू भारत मे गुरूओं की यह शर्मनाक दशा , dear pm sir please help us.

Respected PM, There is every ponds is captured by Dbang people,there is no space for rain water and waste water,waste water store in street.Sarkari land is also captured by dabang people,no any ground for children playing. Respected supreme Court has been pass a order in this mater. (Jagpal singh vs punjab state Gov 2011 decisions) But there is no action in this mater so pls do thee needful action. sir,many senior citizens in india are looking for the following:- medical assistance, ayurvedic, homoe, etc., apart from english medicines- in rare cases many of their children are in aborad or in metros. both patrents and children are forced to liive separately because of many issues like (abroad) vias, metros- old people prefer to live in the native place etc., to bridge the gap I suggest the followiong:_ 1. endowment dept., and temples - where huge lands are available can start old age homes with charges. 2 insurance companies should come forward to give mediclaim policies till death with lesser premium who cannot afford and charge usual premnium to affordable as per pan . 3. temples can be developed and the old age people can do some work, which they can do in the temples. this is immediate requirement sir. thanks
