Being into RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT Consultancy Profession since 2007 & Undestanding Human REsources Dept from Year 1992 I deeply observed that most of the skilled labour/people move out from their original destination/native place due to non availabilty of resources of their particular area in our country. Its a BIG question mark for our Economoy., Because if a person move from his native than his additional expenses will definately occured to meet out his basic needs of shelter & food.

have never understood big economists like monektbhai talking about skill development to upgrade our fellow citizens for manufacturing jobs. aistha aistha, we talk about demographic dividend. time & money needed for skill upgrade to manufacturing. faster result in numbers may come from upgrade to basic skills, basic jobs, agriculture and so on.. once that family earns, they will take care of next step. while being ambitious we need to peg to steps that are practical, sustainable & scalable.

PM had appealed to people to wear cotton cloths. This would create plenty of jobs in rural. In turn, promotes cotton growers, in a big way. Like wise, we can have honey hive farms, manufacture of palm & coconut tree products - modern techniques to preserve and marketing, help setup small engineering works to service local needs - such as building/repairing agri equipments; pump sets; motor coil winding etc. Set up ITIs in rural areas to teach the locals the Engineering in a simple & useful way.
