In our country job is created & given on traditional path ie 6 daysx 8 hours (min) a week. some people are highly paid and some are very poorly despite giving significant amount of time of his life. My suggestion for more job creation with work life balance is 1) Jobs can be craeted 3day x 6 hours a week. This will create more quantity of jobs and will provide the service person more time to apend for his personal work and can do two jobs at a time.This will enhance job security & creation.

My have prepared a scheme for farmers which will ensure 100% prevention of farmers' suicide across the country. It suggests comprehensive, multiasset, revolving, crop insurance cum health cum assets cum accident cum cattle cum agricultural implement insurance for each farmer household down to individual level . This will automatically enthuse the banks from extending liberal fiance to farmers and the NPA of bank loan to farmers will come down drastically. This may be included in the Budget 15.

The govt should also consider punishment in the form of social work for small offenders. For example Sanjay Dutt is in Jail for a small offence, and he has also spent 25 years without any offense. He could be given a big area under the swachh bharat scheme to keep clean. These people have huge resources and great public following. They can become a huge asset for the govt insead of having them in prison and a liability.

रोजगार के तीन मुख्य क्षेत्र खेती नौकरी और व्यापार है. आधार क्षेत्र खेती एवं उद्योग के विकास बिना रोजगार असंभव है. दों हेतु जमीन अत्यावश्यक है.जमीन अध्याग्रहन कानुनमें-१) बंद उद्योंगों अथवा उद्योग हेतु आवंटित जमीन समाप्त होने के बाद ही नया अधिग्रहण हो.२) पहले सरकारी जमीनों का अधिग्रहण हो.कोई विकल्प न होने पर ही कृषि भूम का अधिग्रहण सिर्फ सार्वजनिक हित के लिये ही हो.आवंटिओं को पुनर्विक्रय का अधिकार न हो.मआवजवा राशी का निर्धारण हेतु पिछले १० वर्षों का मालियत को आधार माना जाये.

Respected Prime minister, I am rajani from Andhra Pradesh and I would like to complain or suggest regarding women’s safety . Nowadays gang rapes were increasing because of influence of internet where sex and abusive videos/websites were most commonly or easily viewed. All I say is to prohibit those videos from internet or search engines and impose strict rules from viewing as they were showing only negative effect rather than other purposes.
