India is among 51 countries to sign the “Rome Declaration” on “Achieving Self-sufficiency in Safe Blood and blood products based voluntary non-remunerated donation”. Blood is an intrinsic requirement for health care and proper functioning of the health system. National AIDS Control Organization under Department of Health and Family Welfare has been primarily responsible for ensuring provision of safe blood for the country since 1992. National Blood Policy 2003 reiterates firmly the government’s commitment to provide safe and adequate quantity of blood, blood components and blood products.

However, in India, a needy patient or his relatives have to run from pillar to post in search of blood and the onus of procurement of blood still lies with the patient and not with the service provider.

Suggestions are invited on how to develop a nationally coordinated and well networked blood transfusion service in the country and reach 100% voluntary blood donation to enable us to meet the global goal of self sufficiency in blood and blood products.

In our country our people are not getting proper medical treatment. This is due to inadequate doctors. However there are thousands of doctors qualified from foreign universities are lying for want of licensing exam clearance. Some of them have studied from WHO recognized and well established universities. However due to our licensing examination process they are not able to do anything. Most of these people are much better than those coming out from our private colleges. They are just lying low

before reaching up to bullet train, we must arrange and prepare the present system to at least reach the train on time, ensure the reserve seat, cleanliness in coach and average speed should be 100 kmph. Therefore we can save valuable time of our citizen and may use saved time in productivity.

Aadarniya Modi G ko Namaskar. Sir hume sabse pehle home delivery ko rokna hoga, kyo ki agar home delivery ko roke ge nahi tab tak hum maa or bache ko baccha nahi sake hai . or hum MMR or IMR ko kabhi bhi kam nahi kar sake ge. Iskte atirik hume govt hospitals mai beneficiaries ko or facilities deni chahie taki sabhi log delivery karva ne liye hospital mai aye.

There should be a rule for companies in retail sector as far as maximum and minimum price is concerned. therefore the e commerce companies can not damage the traditional retailers. otherwise it will produce a new sector of unemployment.

I request to reform the policy of farmers. Presently a person who does not belongs to farmers family could not buy agricultural land. Now it is decided to make agricultural zone in India. Then possibilities to use of agricultural land as commercial land is zero. But a person who want to do farming having better vision and prospect could not buy land because he didn't belongs to farmer's family. So I request you to reform the policy and allow other people to buy land who want to do farming.

Request Government to come up with law or something that will save our native Cows (GoMata) from geting slaughtered. A complete ban on slaughtering of Desi Cows would be even more welcome. This is very much required now than ever before . Our scriptures clearly say how Desi Cows purify not just the gross but even the subtle elements. Killing of GoMata(Desi Cows) is a Sin as per our Sanatana Dharma.

Sir We are form State : M.H Dist : Chandrapur Tal : Ballarpur Villege : Visapur Sir on the daily basis har government officer ko including Teacher,Gramsevak,Sarpanch,Talathi,Hospital staff,Aganwadi staff(N.R.H.M) etc..Swachh Bharat abhiyan ke antargat in sabhi State and Central Emoloyees ko iskeliye daily morning 1 hour me Water, V Cleaning, T Cleaning Go..green please issue the strictly order officialy...

if we create awareness in people that if one can only clean outside area of his own home,shop or office & neighbours do the same. in this way it will be successful clean India mission.Local GOVTS should provide road or street side Bins so that people can throw waste in that bins & council people change that bins daily or people can be hire to change that bins it could create jobs for people as well. Thanks
