I feel the basic infrastructure for a Govt to have best possible administration is repository of all Citizens capturing various parameters like income range, health, family back ground etc which makes it more easier to administer various Govt schemes much more efficiently. Dear Prime Minister Sir please look seriously and immediately into the issues brought out by Maj Gen Satbir Singh regarding appeal against judgement of AFT in nearest High Courts if applicant is not satisfied as the the Defence Personnel could not affort the cost of Advocate Fees of Supreme Court and also the serving Defence Personnel are working in remote areas. The normal constitutional facility should also be given to them. Sir plse amend the Armed Forces Act so High court can be approached.

प्रचार माध्यमों के द्वारा प्रतिदिन स्वास्थ्य संबंधी प्रसारण कराये जाए । दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों मे स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता अभियान हेतु नर्सिंग स्कूलों की मदद ली जाए ।फर्जी NGO के बजाए शिक्षण संस्थाओं को स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता अभियान मे सीधा शामिल कराया जाए ।सर्वप्रथम पूरे देश के स्वास्थ्य संबंधी सांख्यिकीय आँकड़ो को तैयार कराया जाए ।

स्वास्थ्य के लिए वैसी ही जागरूकता अभियान की जरूरत है ,जैसी "परिवार नियोजन " के लिए चलाया जाता है ।सर्वप्रथम सभी शासकीय सेवाओं (केंद्र एवं राज्य )मे प्रदान की जा रही स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की आडिट कराकर उसमे व्यापक सुधार कराया जाए ।शासकीय कर्मचारियों के हेतु अनिवार्य रूप मे "स्वास्थ्य प्रशिक्षण " कार्यक्रम हर 3 महीने मे लागू कराया जाए । सभी शिक्षण संस्थाओं (प्राइमरी से विश्वविद्यालय तक )मे अनिवार्य साप्ताहिक स्वास्थ्य प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम लागू कराये जाएँ । कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा "नीति आयोग" तय करे ।
