In my opinion this cleanliness drive should be right from the Home of all students which will make every parent, teacher, headmaster to get involved in this drive and help keep clean each & everything they use it.Give them report card and note down everybody's contribution towards this drive and give marks based on gained points and add or use those marks during Final Exam Results.Provide Certificates, make some of them leader and carry forward this drive...after all it's very long Drive !!

I request sir to put fine system like abroad countries have for every garbage thrown on road send a fine to their accounts and cut their money directly by implementing a multipurpose card and the number should be resigtered under the account of PM directly and these numbers or id number should be conencted with their bank accounts so that even if they neglect to pay le it get deducted directly

Everyone want to complain but no one want to start clean himself. We are not at situation that we only stop garbage on road is enough but we have to stop others too from doing this and have to take initiative of cleaning whatever is dirty up to now. Than after question of maintain cleanliness. There is need to make group because single person ashamed of doing such type of work. So, Nagarpalika should start like club, who ever interested can join movement of clean bharat.

Dear Modi ji, This is a certainly a welcome first step towards cleanliness in India. But I think we should back it up with the systems around it like waster segregation, garbage disposal, penal action, the supply chain of garbage recycling etc. Without all this, purely cleaning our surroundings will not yield much. I am sure you have all this in mind in the next 2-3 years. We will wholeheartedly support you in these initiatives

Modi ji, you correctly mentioned that habits are not changed in a day. But, if we want to implement something in India specially about the Swachh Bharat, please enforce hefty fine on everything. If someone spits, throws wastage. Impose the fine. 2) Regarding traffic sense also, i don't how many people know about zebra crossing. Nobody cares about it, so many accident happens because of this. Please please impose heavy heavy fines on traffic rules.
