Many congratulation for starting such a initiative to clean India, What matters the most is its implementation and its possible with the active participation of public at large besides providing amenities and sanitary facilities by Government.

I visited Santa Clara in the few month back and studied the disposal of waste. I found wheeled covered dustbin green and blue colour have been purchased by each house hold and they can drag it to home and after full the covered dustbin put back on side of road where municipal van collect all garbage mechanically. The cost of dustbin have to be born by house hold. We can also supply this type of dustbin to house hold so it can be placed in front of each house once/twice a week

Clealiness can only be maintained by people of india when they see cleanliness all around. Very good example is delhi metro. Nobody throw garbage in metro becoz they dont see any garbage around. Similarly people will not throw garbage when they will not see any garbage all around. So before involving people, honble pm should tighten the mcd deptt for clenliness which will be maintained by common man.

Most of the people who are having residential plots as investments, never bother about cleaning the same.. it should be made compulsory that the people must Clean such plots.. then the locality looks clean.

Clean India is a great campaign started by our honorable PM Modi. But the basic problem here is once the Garbage is collected where do we dump it. If we dump it then we are creating a problem somewhere else.. So the correct solution is to install Waste Management Plants which can process them and make it environment safe. Other issue is with sewage water from Domestic and Industries which is much more serious problem . For industries Govt has to mandate to have Waste Mgmt plants for them....

Cleanliness is an attitude but needs an MECHANISM/LOGISTICS in MUNICIPALITIES, STATES GOVT. & CENTRAL GOVT. Volunteer activities once a while will be only band-aids, and will not have sustained effect. As in western world following can be suggested - 1. Right tools & adequate personnel be made available to municipalities 2. Private contractors be allowed on commercial basis to manage localities. 3. Install solid waste management facilities as many possible. Reach out to experienced contractors

I being a doctors knows that dust allergy is very common and no body was using face mask to save himself from dust allergy. So I would request that kindly advice people to use face mask during cleaning dust. Other common allergy and mites may create asthma

I visited Thailand and found an idea to put small wall 1 feet in toilets so it will not soil the cloths of user as well as urine will not come out from the place where people stand and do urination. The cleaning of urinal will also very easy. I developed model can share in public interest.
