The lack of dustbins and toilets at public places is felt everywhere. In absence of this an individual even if he wants to cannot dispose the waste at a proper place or attend to his nature's call at a toilet. This applies mainly to the big urban centres where finding a place to relieve ourself becomes a headache. The example of Singapore where a public toilet is available at sight wherever you go is worth to be followed.

Its all about mindset of people. Like our home we should also keep our cities/states clean. This can be achieve by awareness campaign by local bodies in which both residence & govt persoal include. We should celebrate a "neat & clean day" on every sunday by participation of all citizens, like raahgiri day celebrated on CP every sunday. This will take time but effective.

Along with this Gov can use full time workers for the collection and processing of waste. for example, "Kudumbasree" participants" an initiative by gov. of kerala. For collection an processing of waste, we can copy the developed countries ways and policies with our own perspectives

CLEAN & GREEN INDIA! An initiative and proper awareness. We have to make a new system and culture, and note, its not to be a one day initiative! Central gov. can start a new system by staring a waste management policy. Sharing my thought: Every cities and villages must develop a waste processing and management area of their own. A proper site must be chosen, individuals, youth wings, etc can contribute to this system by collecting waste from hoses and hotels.

Drinking water is important, Our important places are facing problem of plastic dumping, at least we can curb the no of plastic bottles by providing DRINKING water ATM on Rs 1= For example in new Delhi NDMC will provide RO water @cost of 30paisa, 40 paisa will go for electricty and 30 paisa to person managing the booth(preferably DISABLED) this booth be in shape of mother DAIRY type,.Fund to construct UD DEPATT. All people having bottle need not to buy NEW Bottled Water,= Health,Job (DISABLED)

Sir I wish that our first target is to identify tourist spot, Religious places, Market where Public Convenience and provision of ATM drinking water @cost of 1 Rs is Needed. For example Every day 5000 people including Foreign Tourist Visit BIRLA MANDIR, New Delhi as their is no public convenience People URINATE OPENLY creating bad image. It is not the fault of Drivers or poor people, It is our fault that we want tourism but not provide civic amenities for visitor of the area. I hope action pl
